Partner Programme Terms & Conditions

1. The Programme
National Flatpack Assembly operates a partner cashback programme for furniture retailers and businesses ("Partners"). Partners post flatpack assembly jobs directly through their own account. When a job you have posted is completed by one of our fitters, you earn a cashback percentage on the value of that job.
2. Who Can Join
The programme is open to furniture retailers, showrooms, online furniture sellers, and related businesses. Participation is subject to admin approval. Partner accounts are issued on a per-business basis and may not be shared or transferred.
3. Cashback Rate
Your cashback (commission) rate is agreed with National Flatpack Assembly when your partner account is set up. It is shown on your partner dashboard and applied to the total value of your completed jobs each month.
Cashback is calculated on the total completed value for the month at your agreed rate. For example: if your rate is 2.0% and you have £600 of completed jobs in March, your cashback for March is £12.00.
4. Rate Changes
We may adjust your agreed cashback rate from time to time. Any change will be reflected on your partner dashboard. Paid months are not recalculated retroactively unless agreed in writing.
5. What Counts as a Completed Job
A job is counted as completed when the assigned fitter marks the job status as Completed within their dashboard. The job value used for cashback calculation is the estimated job value set at the time of posting. National Flatpack Assembly reserves the right to exclude jobs where disputes have been raised or where fraud is suspected.
6. Cashback Payouts
- Cashback earnings are calculated at the end of each calendar month.
- Payments are made on or around the 6th of the following month via bank transfer to the account details you have registered with us.
- There is a minimum payout threshold of £5.00. Balances below this will roll over to the following month.
- You must have valid bank details on file to receive payment. Contact us to update your details.
- Cashback is paid in GBP only.
7. Job Attribution
Cashback is earned on jobs posted directly through your partner account. Only jobs posted by your account and subsequently completed by an assigned fitter qualify for cashback. Jobs must have a valid estimated value set at the time of posting.
8. Prohibited Activity
- Posting fictitious or fraudulent jobs to inflate cashback earnings.
- Misrepresenting National Flatpack Assembly or its services.
- Sharing account credentials with third parties.
- Any activity intended to manipulate or abuse the cashback programme.
Breach of these terms may result in immediate termination of your partner account and forfeiture of any outstanding cashback.
9. Programme Changes & Termination
National Flatpack Assembly reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the partner programme at any time. Partners will be given reasonable notice of material changes. Any earned cashback accrued before termination will be paid out at the next standard payout date.
10. Tax
Partners are responsible for declaring any cashback income to HMRC or the relevant tax authority. National Flatpack Assembly does not provide tax advice.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
